Our Menus
Restaurant David Drake offers three menus at dinner and a separate menu for lunch;
the three course prix fixe is $58, the six
course tasting menu is $85, or $130 with wines, the special eight course chef's menu
is $175 inclusive of wines and is served solely in the wine cellar.
The menu's are designed by Chef David Drake and his staff to showcase the
best seasonal products available.
