Chef David Drake uses the best seasonal ingredients available, along with meats and
seafood of the highest quality, to create his french influenced modern cuisine. 
To compliment your menu items, you may choose wine from our discerning list, which
offers selections from some of the most highly regarded wine producers in the
world today, along with some terrific up and coming small producers.
