Private Dining in Our Wine Cellar
Restaurant David Drake is pleased to announce the grand
opening of our newly appointed wine cellar. After much anticipation,
we are finally able to offer this unique setting that will enhance
the unequaled level of food and service that has helped define our
restaurant as one of New Jersey's best.
We will be serving a special
eight course tasting menu offered exclusively
to wine cellar guests. We will also pair each course with some of the top
labels on our wine list, along with some special reserve selections.
The Wine Cellar is available for private dining Monday through Saturday.
A party of six is the minimum size group needed to book the cellar, and
a party of ten people is the maximum size group.*
The Wine Cellar is yours exclusively for the entire evening.
One personal server will be assigned to take care of your group and only your
group for the duration of the evening.
Our Price for this exclusive menu, served with wine pairings for each course,
is $175 per person (excludes tax and gratuity).**
